While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that our data, detections, or analytics are error-free, complete, or current. Sensor data, including ADS-B and AIS, is subject to interference, gaps, and anomalies beyond our control.

Our Services do not constitute aviation, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Users should exercise independent judgement and consult appropriate professionals before making operational decisions based on our outputs.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Limitation of Liability
