No mystery pricing.

Each product publishes its live tiers on its own site. Start on a free plan, run a pilot, or go straight to a paid tier. We'll only ever quote what's on the page.

Backup readiness verification

Acheron Vault is in controlled beta. A small number of teams are running it against their staging databases in exchange for early access to the Team tier and direct input on the roadmap.

  • Free — single backup target, scheduled verification, pass/fail report.
  • Team — multiple targets, event-triggered runs via Charon Gate, timestamped proof reports, alerting. Beta access in exchange for staging feedback.
  • Business — custom schedules, compliance exports, dedicated support, SLA.

Linux operational integrity

Live tiers on blackglasssec.com/pricing. Lab is free for homelabs; Team starts where SSO and multi-fleet matters; Enterprise covers air-gapped collection and bespoke baselines.

  • Lab — free for homelabs, single host, weekly cadence, evidence exports.
  • Team — multi-fleet, daily cadence, SSO, role-scoped access, retention.
  • Enterprise — air-gapped agentless collection, custom baselines, residency.

Webhook reliability

Live tiers on charongate.com/pricing. Free plan covers single-endpoint exploration; paid tiers add concurrency, retention, and DLQ depth.

  • Free — single endpoint, short retention, basic retries, public dashboard.
  • Pro — multiple endpoints, custom retry schedule, longer retention, alerts.
  • Scale — DLQ depth, replay quotas, regional ingest, dedicated support.

Three rules

Published prices are the prices we charge.

No "Talk to sales" hidden tiers, no anchoring against an inflated list price. If a public tier fits, you can self-serve. If you need something custom, we'll quote it from the same unit economics.

Pilots are short, scoped, and paid only if they earn it.

Two-week pilot, one fleet or one webhook source, a written success measure. If it doesn't meet the measure, you don't pay. We won't run an open-ended trial — that wastes both sides' time.

Annual ≠ aggressive discount. It's predictability.

Annual saves ~10% on Team / Pro, mostly to reduce billing churn. We won't run a quarterly "negotiation theatre" cycle to extract more from accounts that already pay fairly.

Running more than one product?

No bundle SKU. Each product stands on its own value. If you run Acheron Vault, Blackglass, and Charon Gate together, support and onboarding are coordinated — which is the actual operational benefit.
